Scope and Responsibility



1.     Reports directly to the Country Head



2.     Supervise the preparation and analysis of construction schedules and cost using Project Management (Primavera 6.0) as Program Requirements of the Contract and in accordance to Clause 14 of the General Conditions of Contract



3.     Supervise the preparation of other program Requirements of the Contracts such as but not limited to Monthly and Weekly Report Submission, 3 month Rolling Programme, Updating, Revising or Recovery Programme if necessary



4.     Assist the Country Head pertaining to Tendering of Projects such as Technical and Financial Submission



5.     Attend the coordination meeting with Clients and Consultants
