• Daily track monitoring of accomplishment.
• Checking and evaluating the subcontractors progress billing.
• Take-off the quantity of materials for control.
• Verifying the changes of plan in every revision.
• Optimization of structural tees and angle for roof truss framing.
• Preparing of daily man-hour report.
• Verifying the additional work in contract prior to time extension of the project.
