Documentation Engineer



* Based at Melton,(Woodbridge), facility of a global pump manufacturing group.

Responsibilities: Compilation of all technical documentation requirements associated with single and multiple pump orders from both national and international power, chemical, petrochemical, oil, gas, maritime, food, and drinks industries, in accordance with client specification.

> Control of all issues and receipts of documents to external customers and internal

departments, working as part of a Contract team.

> Compilation of Maintenance Manuals, Manufacturing Record Books and

Certification Data Books, according to pump types and order requirements

> Co-ordinated multiple turnrounds of documentation packs within contractual

timescales

> Organised and chaired progress meetings and audits by client and third-party

inspectors/expeditors at Melton (admin) and Glasgow (production) sites.

> Routine liaison with in-house departments, suppliers and external agencies in

UK and overseas.
