Nature of Work :
• Prepares Bar Chart & CPM in Primavera Version 3.2 or higher version.
• Prepares Bi-Weekly Accomplishment Progress Project Status Report submit to Royal Commission Head Office Jubail.
• Responsible for the preparation of Monthly Report submit to Royal Commission Head Office Jubail.
• Liase with the Royal Commission (Client) appointed representative on all report in Primavera Version 3.2 or higher version.
• Monitoring of weekly progress accomplishment in site for updating in Primavera P3 percent (%) completed.
• Take photo for weekly monitoring report to be submit to Royal Commission Head Office Jubail.
• Study and familiarized construction drawings and specs for civil, structural electrical and mechanical works.
• Submit Bi-weekly report & delayed/critical activities to Project Manager for evaluation.
• Coordination with the Planning & Cost Manager/Project Manager at site related to delays of the project.
• Prepares & estimates quantity of pipes needed in site for preparation for installation.
• Prepares & estimates of Cathodic Protection for Headworks South / North &
Pumpstation Area.
• Prepares schedule for Headworks (Energinazation) & Pumpstation in Primavera P3 version 3.2.
