Update and maintain the schedule. Generate weekly forecast schedule update report and three week look-ahead construction schedule.
Prepare weekly schedule analysis report and progress reports with S-Curves for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Coordinate the schedule with field supervisors and sub-contractors at site providing them with information on matters related to schedule such as critical activities, delaying activities and what if scenarios.
Coordinate with engineering and fabrication schedule engineers for the schedule update.
Coordinate with the commissioning and operations team on matters related to the schedule.
Liase with the client/owners scheduling and field engineering team on matters related to the schedule.
