Project Description:
Detail design and engineering procurement services of LNG treating units located on the south-west coast of Iran, at Tombak, approximately 50km from Assaluyeh.
Client: Iran Liquefied Natural Gas Company (ILC)
Responsibilities:
- Provided the project master schedule
- Provided planning, scheduling, monitoring and progress measurement procedures
- Preparation of weekly and monthly management reports
- Gathered and managed the project document list
- Provided weekly engineering schedules and cause of delay reports
- Provided project closeout report

- Reduced delays and project resource usage via daily based project tracking and hints to project management team
