- Responsible to lead and direct a team of Planning Engineers to guide the Consultants/Contractors in preparation and updating of Project Programme for control and integrity of the work defined by the Contract.
- Responsible for Project Controls on a number of projects for the eventual achievement/protection of the Master Programme milestone completion dates.
- Preparation of Executive Summary Reports, KPI’s for all the ongoing packages with emphasis on project analysis for disputes solutions on delays (EOT/Cost) claims.
