- Preparing executive weekly and monthly progress reports to the Government of Dubai, Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), Civil Engineering Project Division (EP).
- Advising and assisting the Contractor on the procedures in detailing activities with cost / man-hour inputs producing S-Curves and Cash Flow.
- Recommend solutions or recovery plans to schedule impact or to delays.
- Analyzes variances in schedule / cost performance against the plan.
- Review and provide recommendations related to Contractors commercial issues such as Extension of Time (EoT) settlements.
- Assist the Engineer (CRE/RE) on all correspondences relevant to planning issues.
