Position: Planning Engineer
Preparation of baseline project bid schedules & other project control documents.
Preparation of Level 1, 2, 3 & 4 project control schedules
Preparation of manpower histogram & progress "S" curves
Preparation of estimation, scope of work, bill of quantities and material list
Compilation of ITB package for tendering
Sending out enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers
Price negotiation with contractors and suppliers
Attending project review meeting with client & contractors
Planning & preparation of construction programme, bar charts etc
Review/Approval of material submittals, calculation, compliance statements and other documentation as per specifications
Monitoring, periodic updating / review of schedules, charts and plans.
MEP system design conforming to Municipality regulations
Heat load calculation & HVAC system design conforming to ASHRAE stds.
CHW pipe sizing, ducting & ventilation layout designs
Tie-ins to the district cooling system & co-ordination
Checking and approval of shop drawings
Site supervision and co-ordination.
Preparation of weekly & monthly progress reports
