Senior Planning Engineer
Reporting to the Project Directors, main responsibilities include:
- Preparing Weekly & Monthly progress report as per the Company Quality Assurance Procedures, including:
a. Planning analysis report.
b. Progress per area.
c. Actual vs. Plan, Target and forecast reports (manpower, time, cost).
d. Claims & V.O Status.
e. Material Requirement and Tracking Schedule for Subcontractors.
f. Progress report.
g. Contract programme update.
h. Financial statement.
i. Site resources.
- Preparing the Master Contract programme (Clause 14).
- Preparing a revised programme (Clause 14.2).
- Preparing a claim programme (impact analysis, cause and effect)
- Coordinating and reviewing the Subcontractors programme.
- Liaise with the Engineer and Sub contractors concerning the progress through meetings & transmittals.
