Contract sum: BD 7.12 Million
Project Period: Jan, 2003 to 2007.
Description: Town Centre built on par with The Floating City in France designed and developed by renowned French Town Planners Spoerry Architects. This consists of villas/chalets of 11 different types with each plot owner having access to the canals.
