Dublin, Ireland – Ringsend Sewage Works:
• Lead planner on multi-million refurbishment project in Dublin Bay
• Responsible for creating and maintaining project plans using Primavera (P3).
• Interfacing with the contractors and sub-contractors ensuring that the project is on schedule and budget.
• Resourcing and cost loading project plans as appropriate including monitoring, reporting progress of these plans and developing recovery programmes and contingency plans to meet revised objectives.
• Review resource availability to support plans and take action to address resource shortfalls and risks to delivery.
• Responsible for maintaining the project cost report and cash flows.
• Creating reports to measure the progress of the project against budget and time.
• Present findings at monthly Programme reviews.
• Part of claims team responsible for gathering relevant information to back legal claim against the project.
