Prepare construction schedule with the resources required to complete the project within the stipulated duration.
Monitor the progress of work at a micro level with respect to the baseline program.
Budgeting and estimating the cost involved in the project by Integrated Project Management System (IPMS - In-house project management software).
Monitor the health of project both financially and physical progress on a monthly basis.
Preparing tabular and graphical representation i.e., S- Curves for Financial & Resources to highlight the progress of the project.
Preparing claims in line with FIDIC & Standard Conditions of Contract, Sultanate of Oman.
Prepare Business Plan & MIS in line with the construction program.
Coordinate with different sub contractors to enable a smooth work flow.
