1. Leading Group of Planning Engineers for Multi Projects.
2. Management Report for resources projection & Monitoring for all the projects.
3. Preparation of the Report & PowerPoint Presentation for Consultant and RTA Regular Meetings.
4. Preparation of the CL14 programme of Works submission as per the requirement of Clint’s & Consultants.
5. Responsibility of the CL14 Programme Submission & Approval.
6. Project Updates & Monitoring on Weekly and monthly Basis.
7. Material & Resources Management.
8. Initiate Improvement in working methods.
9. Sub-Contractors Regular Meeting and conducting the co-ordination Meeting.
10. Sub-Contractor Daily & Weekly Monitoring / Tracking the progress with respect to the Main Contractors Programme.
11. Addition of Work & Deletion of Work competition Detail information to the Management & Notice submission to consultant.
12. Preparation of the Recovery Programmes-whenever necessary clearly indentified the sectors of project improvement.
13. Formulating programmes for EOT claims and tracking the same to reinforce variation & claim.
14. EOT Claim combined work & Combined Report preparation with the consultant.
15. Responsibility of the award of Extension of Time.
16. Preparation of Tender Programme for Prospective Projects.
