Assigned to North, South and East Hall during the structural concrete framework construction of the building and later transferred to Architectural Fit Out works up to the completion of the project. Responsible for development of control schedules for progress and cost monitoring, management of programmes, development of cost curve, reporting, interfacing and co-ordination programme issues and assessment of EOT claims. Prepared detailed, coordinated and fully resource programme, including monitoring, updating and reporting progress of works using earned-value concept.
