Project Planner for the design of a number of railway schemes including Basingstoke Area Infrastructure Upgrade, Stratford Station Upgrade Programme (Olympic related), and East Kent Resignalling.
• Development of fully resource and cost loaded detailed programmes for design commissions.
• Development of programmes for bid proposals
• Project reporting using EV techniques & associated output for invoicing purposes
• Preparation of possession plans, constructability reports and implementation programmes at GRIP Stages 4 & 5.
• Seconded to Network Rail for part of 2005 to aid in their migration from P3 to P3e.
• Assisting Network Rail in tender evaluations for Basingstoke AIU
• Co-ordination of implementation programmes from multiple stakeholders for the implementation of Stratford Station Upgrade Programme.
