Senior Scheduling & Cost Control Engineer, worked on various construction projects with total contracts value exceeding US$800 Million (selected projects: KAUST [King Abdullah University for Science & Technology], Northern Region Cement Plant, Yansab Petrochemical Complex, Bisha Airport Upgrade Project). Duties included:
- Assist the Project Director on all time and cost matters
- Develop the work break-down structure and L4 baseline schedule (CPM method)
- Monitor the project schedule, actual progress and site efficiency
- Evaluate contractor performance and prepare interim-progress reports for approving invoice
- Prepare baseline budget, cost analysis, earned value, actual & estimate cost to completion
- Identify any applicable cost deviations, claim assessments and/or variation orders
