Project Planner
Attached to the “Plenty” project management team for realization of new process control systems for PWN, a large potable water production and distribution company.
Duties: - to assist the management team restarting the project by creation of a realistic perception of the workload by the use of a network planning containing all activities to be carried out from basic design and software engineering through hardware installation, to use a simplified version of this network planning for periodic updates on targets, progress and various reports.
