Preparation of the Summary schedule and detailed engineering procurement and construction schedules.
Preparation of the progress curves and the CPN updates.
Preparation and update of the package scope dictionary.
Provide the scheduling input to the weekly and Monthly progress reports.
Provide the required schedule information for all contract packages.
Close monitoring of site construction activities in respect of physical progress.
Analyses of work programs for optimum utilization of available reports and manpower provided by sub contractors.
Maintain plans and identifying potential problems for assigned projects taking into consideration key milestones.
Monitor daily, weekly and monthly reports from sub-contractors to control time slippage and avoid impact on work.
High light areas of conflict to concerned projects deal with site problems and take more responsibility towards essential engineering data.
Learn and gain experience in new skills and engineering fields within the company to be aware of any assigned project and related matters.
