• Master scheduler and project controls support for 3 manufacturers and 8 pharmaceutical campuses.
• Build and maintain high level schedules for corporate funding and capital delivery processes.
• Provide analysis and conduct review sessions for third party construction and system integration schedules.
• Create detailed cost & resource loaded schedules to track execution of commissioning & validation protocols for new pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
• Develop schedules for change control record creation and closure. Integrate construction, commissioning and validation schedules to provide overall project timeline.
• Provide user testing for new application software.
• Organize and assist in executing risk workshops and presentations.
