Responsibilities: Successfully completed EVMS Validation and IBR (Integrated Baseline Review). As a Reports Coordination my responsibilities included preparation of Daily and Weekly Construction Summary Reports by Construction Package. In addition, photographer for the site was under my responsibility. As a Scheduler I prepared a Summary Status Report twice a month. The report included a Summary Cover Sheet by Schedule of Value, Progress “S” Curve and Manpower Chart. Entered Contractor Submitted progress into IMS Current Schedule.
