Project : Large Ethylene Plant EPC Project based in the Middle East (HOME OFFICE)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Creating E&P schedules and EMS reports on weekly basis
Reporting Detailed Engineering and Procurement progress to Senior Management
Provide information to senior management to enable effective project delivery.
Provide schedules from summary to detailed level which optimize expenditure of time, resource utilization and cost for Construction.
Maintaining and Updating Engineering and Construction programmes to produce progress reports for Client and Management.
Liaise with construction contractors in office and on-site to ensure the accuracy of the Level 3 schedules
Regular project reports on current status of the project too internal management, PMC and Client.
Identify areas of concern and subsequent recovery action to minimize adverse trends.
Attending and coordinating both internal and client progress reviews
