1.     Arranged and manage Master Schedule.
2.     Progress updating and monitoring.
3.     CPM analysis and recovery plan.
4.     To review progress report of main contractors.
5.     To review progress claim of main contractors.
6.     Monitoring transportation plan of equipments & materials and impact to schedule (target date) for any delay of equipments and materials delivery.
7.     Work program (two weeks ahead and one month ahead).
