Project - New Iloilo Airport Development Project
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Undertake quantity checks for re-measurement
-Maintain final account measurement records and agree with consultant/ client
-Prepare, submit and agree with clients timely monthly payment applications and billings
-Actively seek to identify extras and additional works on projects to maximize income
-Conduct Site inspection for Monthly Progress and Valuation of Subcontractors Billing¬
-Administer subcontractors and/or major suppliers
-Resolving contract matters including variations
-Preparation of Final Account
