Major Responsibilities
I. Preparation of Level II construction schedule at Primavera Project Planner.
II. Verification & Analysis of Contractor Level III & IV construction schedule.
III. Monthly feasibility preparation on the basis of work frontage, availability of equipment and material.
IV. Progress Monitoring & Report Generation for Client and Head Office.
• Activity wise progress reports on the basis of quantity using (SICON) S.P in house software.
• Comparisons between Actual & Earned Man-hour for productivity and time require complete the balance job.
• Update the schedule & generate forecast for next week using Primavera Project Planner.
• Preparation of S-curves and manpower histogram.
• Narrative report for each activity.
• Bottle neck presentation both due to client & Head office.
V. Verification & analysis of contractor Weekly & Monthly progress report.
VI. Analysis and verification of Contractor’s invoices & claims.
