AS MAINTENANCE PLANNER / SCHEDULER
Major Responsibilities
I. Lubrication schedule for the Pumps, Compressors, Turbine, Blower & Fans at Primavera
II. Planning / Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance for rotary equipment at Primavera
III. Resource / Manpower allocation for the break down job.
IV. Preparation of Parts / Lube requirement for the whole year.
V. Progress Monitoring & Report Generation for Client and Head Office.
VI. Preparation of cash out flows and cash inflow on quarterly basis.
VII. Monthly Invoicing on hourly basis.
VIII. Co-ordination with Ora-Tech for the implementation of MAXIMO (CMMS)
