Project: Ninoy Aquino International Passenger Terminal 3 – RC Structure Works of South Concourse
Contract Amount: USD 4.0 M
Project Duration: 24 months
o Involved in project implementation of NAIA International Passenger Terminal 3 South Concourse Building
o Assist the Japanese Project Manager in the overall operation of the project
o Responsible to ensure that the works are completed within schedule, budget and constructed to the required quality and safety parameters.
o Supervision of Civil/Building sub contractors to ensure that the works are in accordance with the contract
o Co ordinate with the GENERAL Contractor (TAKENAKA CORPORATION), consultant (PACIFIC CONSULTANT INTERNATIONAL) and sub contractors
o Responsible for evaluating and reviewing sub contractors technical submissions and ensuring compliance with the contract.
