• Consultants Appointment Process.
• Management / follow up of Design Deliverables.
• Establishing Master Schedule and Baseline Budget / Cost.
• Establish Procurement / Packaging Strategies and Zoning plan.
• Prequalification / Procurement of Contractors and Suppliers.
• Follow up Local Authorities Requirements.
• Manage Project Contractors.
