- Worked on finalizing a Resource loaded/Leveled Detailed Project Plan after evaluating the scope of work as per the tender documents/drawings received and took its approval from the Client.
- Updating current schedule, evaluating Earned Value, Manpower status, Equipment status for Weekly Client reports.
- Monitoring the activities in Progress & Identifying the delays.
- Submitting Weekly/Monthly Progress reports to Consultant/Client.
- Attending Weekly Progress review meetings with Client/Consultant, Justifying progress and delays incurred.
- Preparing Monthly Progress/Variance reports for Robust Senior Management Review along with reasons for delay such as shortage of resources, late material deliveries, Client/Consultant issues etc.
- Attending Monthly progress review meeting with Robust Senior Management, explaining reasons for variances from Baseline schedule as mentioned in the Monthly reports and helping to develop a strategy to recover the delays incurred.
- Attending MEP work’s Progress review meetings and explaining the reasons for delay to MEP activities e.g. delays due to delays in civil works or due to delay in procurement and delivery of materials
- Worked on a recovery schedule & estimation of resources required to achieve the Contractual finish date.
- Worked on Project Budget based on the quantities estimated from latest drawings received from the Engineer & additional resources required as per the schedule.
- Identifying Updated requirement of Resources as per the schedule & reporting to the Project Manager.
- Working to evaluate sub-contractors progress & Earned value, also updating Project Manager regarding subcontractor resources & progress.
- Submission of revised Baseline Schedule to reflect the changes in the sequence of the activities as the work progressed and to recover the delays to achieve the Contractual finish date.
- Assisting the Contract Engineer in the preparation of Claim for extension of time.
- Evaluating the monthly invoices and estimating variances from the Baseline cash flow for the assessment of financial progress.
