Project control activities for Offsite, Utilities, Infrastructure and Sulful unit - TANECO Refinery Project in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan:
- prepare the baseline and periodic updates/developments of the construction schedule
- prepare s-curves and manpower hystograms as required by client and top management for reporting
- prepare monthly progress report (schedulling section)
- organize and attend planning meetings internal, w/ Contractors and w/ Client)
- participate to the monthly progress assesment
- prepare and ensure support for the preparation of Monthly Construction Forecasts
- prepare , unalyze and update the Long Lead Equipment RAS dates on monthly basis
- organize/participate to weekly meetings w/ Document Controls to ensure enough quantity of drawings are prepared for AFC to support the monthly construction forcast.
- organize/participate to meeting w/ Contracts to ensure the level 1 schedules and contract milestones are supporting the Baseline Level 1 Schedule
- mentoring and leadership provided to junior planner and project control staff.
- liase w/ Offshore Project Control Team to coordinate the overall contrl of the project.
- liase w/ Engineering to ensure the righ plans and sequencing of works are implemented in the P6 system
- liase w/ P6/Citrix support team to ensure all network/database resources are available to sustain the planners work.
- other activities as delegated/designated by the Project Control Manager.
