As Lead Planner for the new Shell Hijau Hydrodesulphurization Unit (HDS) project, I am responsible for the overall execution of progress control and monitoring of the project. Two Planners, the Engineering Planner and Construction Planner are under my responsibility. Provide project services support to the PMT & CMT on any planning issues, assist in the preparation of Weekly Flash Report and Monthly Progress Report. Liaise with Subcontractor Planners in the integration of the subcontract works into the Overall Schedule and Overall Progress
