REPORTING TO: Site Manager
• Database preparation and maintenance for job orders in Excel 2000
• Daily meeting with works coordinator for Job Orders Exe.Plan with Plant Allocation
• 14 days / 90 days Rolling Plans in Microsoft Project 98(active job orders only) for New Flow lines Installation,HDPE Lining works, Wellheads preparation, Station jobs etc.
• Weekly meeting with PDO Construction in charge along with site manager.
• Invoicing documents tracking and monthly valuation report on money realized
