Ensure and verify timely, adequate and accurate Project Cost- and Progress Management Information and analyze variances. Administer and Manage the EPCM contract which is owned by Project Manager. Provide timely trend information, trend verification and change control management. Participate in the project cost- and schedule risk assessment. Provide variance analysis of critical plans and mitigation proposals. Conduct periodic audits / analysis on EPCM and Works contractor’s cost performance, progress and Value of Work Done. Reconcile the commitments, cash call and forecast for accuracy and reasonableness. Coordination of reporting interfaces with Business Controls and Finance. Ensure weekly and monthly progress reports. Good Communication skills, able to work in a multi-cultural environment, flexible, team player and driven to meet or excel performance requirements. Able to provide high-level presentations to senior project team
