Ensure and verify timely, adequate and accurate Project Cost- and Progress Management Information and analyze variances. Administer and Manage the EPCM contract which is owned by Project Manager. Provide timely trend information, trend verification and change control management. Participate in the project cost- and schedule risk assessment. Provide variance analysis of critical plans and mitigation proposals. Conduct periodic audits / analysis on EPCM and Works contractor’s cost performance, progress and Value of Work Done.
