Establish the necessary Planning and Programme Management Systems
Report to the Project Leader for progress
Construct and update the project programmes
Support Project Management in Planning
Ensure that 3 Week programmes are produced and integrated.
Regular review and report on Overall Project Performance against the programme.
Update the Contract Programme as required.
Produce detailed work phasing programmes for the operations.
Provide the necessary information detailing the effect on the programmes for change.
Provide assistance to the operation team in planning and phasing of the work.
