Provides updated Cost Reports Monthly which shows the baseline budget and forecast against the baseline budget.
Understands the scope, cost and schedule terms and condition of the prime contract and all subcontracts and purchase orders issued pursuant to the prime contract.
Participates in project team alignment activities including Project Coordination Meetings and Monthly Project Reviews.
Assesses the resources required, and issues discipline/group requirement to Project Manager and leads; updates the forecast.
Establishes a cost and progress measurement system to actively manage costs incurred and forecasts against budget and schedule performance.
Validates the reported progress and estimate to complete for cost and schedule.
Maintain Change Management in identifying and notifies potential change.
Assist Contracts Admin specifically on assessing commercial issues.
Evaluates and review Payment Certificate of every contractor.
Establishes Monthly Cash Flow as Company’s Controlled Cost.
Monitors Expended Invoice to be reflected in the Monthly Cost Report.
Updates manpower roster as per approved by the client.
