Prepares subcontract and supply agreement for minor and major contract.
Preparing enquiry and bid tab analysis for suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepares Preliminaries and General Spread to be submitted to client as required in monthly valuation.
Establish cash flow estimate on quarterly basis as per client requirement.
Evaluates and review payment application of every subcontractor.
Provides updated Monthly Cost Report to the management.
Assist commercial department in terms of Actual Cost Monitoring and Accounting Cost Analysis.
Check and review Purchase Order of All Supply Materials.
Monitors major materials delivery needed for monthly valuation.
