Annual budget of approximately £2.5m consisting of renovations, new builds and infrastructure upgrades including: New Laundry facility (£380k), Installation of CTM (£450k), Security Fence Replacement (£1.5m), Canteen Refurbishment (£330k), Sewer Replacement (£150k), Various Roof Refurbishment Contracts (total value £500k), Car Park Lighting Installation (£250k) Responsibilities in addition to Project Management included estimating project budgets, engineering and project change control processes, contractor and supplier procurement, management of design process through to Construction Management. Project Controls of schedule and cost to all work was subject to Earned Value.
