• Development of detailed Primavera (P3) plans
• Monitor and update schedule to show plan ‘v’ actual
• Develop of construction and recovery plans
• Record the actual quantities on site work using approved drawings.
• Provide progress periodic reports to clients, emphasizing profitability status of the Project
• Attend and participate in all project related meetings with senior management
• Prepare 3 weeks ‘Look Ahead Schedules’ daily quantities installed report and associated reports showing the relationship between actual, forecast and baseline plan
• Responsible for Resource, Plant & Equipment reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) using pivot tables to drill down to the detail
• Undertake daily measurement progress report showing % actual cumulative quantities ‘v’ the baseline plan
• Using EzBusiness program to calculate the productivity by entering the job to date quantities according ‘v’ planned quantities
• Calculate the plan quantities using the approved detail drawings
