Senior Planning engineer, Fibrex Co. WLL, Manufacturing and Construction Works

Job Profile     :     

     Planning, scheduling, monitoring and coordinating works of general building construction and architectural finishes.

     Preparation of detailed tender & clause 14 schedules, progress reports, material procurement logs, graphical presentations of work progress, histograms and curves of resources & cost for related construction activities.

     Preparation of recovery schedules, analysis and justifications for delays & extension of time claims.

     Attend coordination & progress meetings.

     Main projects handled-Building Construction Works- The American Academy for Girls-Mizhar, Dubai, The Dubai British School-Emirates Hills, Dubai, Al Ghurair Villa-Al Khawaneej First, Dubai, Villa for Mr.Rashid Bin Khamis Al Mansoury, Liwa, B+G+6 Residential Building-Al Barsha, Dubai, Abu Dhabi Shooting Club, Abu Dhabi.

     Main projects handled-GRC/GRP/GRG Works-The Emirates Palace-Abu Dhabi, H.H Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Mosque-AbuDhabi, Sharjah Court Complex-Sharjah, Palm Jumeirah Villas-Dubai, The Ibn Battuta Shopping Mall-Dubai, Guest Complex Qas’r Al Alam-Muscat, Villa Rotana Executive Apartments-Dubai & Chamber of Commerce and Industry-Sharjah.
