     Analysis, monitoring and assessment of contractors Extension of Time Claims.

     Prepare Executive Reports for higher management

     Develop Project Master Programme

     Develop histograms and curves for feasibility studies and analysis of cost and manpower.

     Handling the major Residential Portfolio projects in the whole development of Dubai Festival City

     Develop programme strategies for coordination with infrastructure works to avoid bottlenecks
