My Project Engineering responsibilities are generally categorized as to implementation of project plans and specifications, project and site supervision, on-site decision, and project planning that comprises the tasks of preparing bill of quantities (BOQ), bill of materials (BOM), and work program (PERT/CPM, Bar Chart) that includes manpower requirement & allocation, equipments, temporary works, and temporary facilities. With no Project Manager over me throughout my project engineering works, I also have exercised project management and contract management practices such as in project control & monitoring, conducting and attending coordination meetings with the site staff and so with the Client or its representative, prepare and submit weekly progress report, and sub-contract administration.
Highlights of my project engineering accomplishments are on the following projects:
• Renovation of a huge Mansion and construction of another Mansion in the same exclusive subdivision.
• Foundation and structural works of a 12-storey hotel building.
• Foundation and structural works of a 10-storey residential apartment building.
• Concurrent construction and supervision of 3 bank branches and fit-out of another 2 bank branches.
• Construction of 180 units single detached housing subdivision in 8 months period with around 400 workers of different skills and site staff.
• Management and Supervision of 36-hectare housing subdivision & land development project.
• Construction of 11-hectare mass housing subdivision & land development project.
• Construction of 20 units townhouses in 90 days.
• Supervision in the general fit-out of a mall.
• Have won 3-public biddings with competitors ranging from 10-20 bidders.
