• Creation and development of Systems and procedures for planning, estimating, project control, cost control and implementation into the company standards.
• Training and development of numerous staff including all the cost engineers/Project Services Engineers and Planning Personnel
• Capital Cost Estimation with Icarus Project Manager to Price capital cost/Bulk Equipment for a Target Cost Construction Tenders and to aid procurement
• Production and Updating of project programmes at all levels (using CPA,EVA and resourcing techniques,)
• Production of management reports for both company and clients including cost/schedule forecasting and trending
• Monitoring changes that impact project schedule, cost and forensic analysis
• Evaluation of Contracts of Terms and Conditions and Contractual Compliance
• Development of all the Primavera EPC structures, Templates, Scheduling procedures for Company implementation
• Management and administration of Contractors and Sub-Contractors schedules, reports and Costs
• Management and administration of the design team and project reporting
