¤ Prepare the master and detailed programs for projects.
¤ Review and monitor subcontractors’ progress versus planned.
¤ Project cost & resources control.
¤ Update progress based on the actual site status.
¤ Calculate the budget & cash flow for projects.
¤ Resources allocation and resources requirement plan.
¤ Prepare the weekly and monthly progress reports.
¤ Prepare monthly presentations for the project performance.
¤ Application of planning and cost control systems.
