• Computation of Weighted Percentage of activities & WBS.
• Computation of Earned Value through Earned Value Management System.
• Updating & monitoring of Schedule.
• Tracing & monitoring the critical path.
• Alarming against slippages and giving possible solutions.
• Tracking the progress of project and presenting the progress reports.
• Follow up with critical deliverables.
• Generation of Look Ahead, Progress Curves etc.
