Arabtec Construction is one of the biggest contracting companies in U.A.E. and has to its credit projects like Jumeriah Beach Residence, Burj Dubai etc. I was working on a couple of high rise luxury residential building project of the company.

Job Responsibility
• Study of scope, contract documents and drawings to prepare the project plan.
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the project in consultation with the Project Manager.
• Generation of complete project plan.
• Calculation of resource and loading the plan with it and preparation of manpower histogram.
• Loading the plan with cash and generation of cash flow diagram.
• Providing inputs for preparation of logs (material & shop drawing).
• Review of Sub-Contractor’s program.
• Updating the plan and preparation and presentation of progress reports.
• Tracking the critical path and alarming against slippages.
• Preparation of Recovery Program.
• Preparation of Variances and claims arising out of it.
