A Steel Framed Structure, Turn key Industrial building construction with a tight schedule. Total area approx 10.000 sqm. The steel members have been made up of welded steel plates (not ready to use profiles) finished in 6 months Gebze/GEPOS. Total Contract value $5 M, Turn Key project.
Responsibilities: (reporting to the company owner)
Managing site activities,
Monitoring procurement activities,
Preparation of construction work schedule by critical path analysis,
Reporting progress to the client,
Subcontracting agreements,
Preparation of interim payment certificates,
Cost controlling activities,
Having the certificates for the tested materials,
Supervising the special manufacturing processes,
Evaluating variation orders.
