Project:
BTC (Baku-Tibilisi-Ceyhan) Crude oil pipe-line const. project, PT2 pump station
construction, (BP funded project) Total contract price $98 M.
Responsibilities: (IN the head office, Reporting to Planning Manager, at site reporting to Project Manager)
• Scheduling and schedule monitoring of all construction activities of the Pump station,
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly construction progress reports, Look ahead schedules, dynamic scheduling,
• Preparation of Interim Certificates,
• Reporting the slippage and developing the mitigation measures with the site management,
• Participating in progress meetings,
• Controlling the subcontractor’s schedules,
• Calculating, Controlling and reporting the man power, material and equipment,
• Evaluating the variation orders,
• Generating level 3-4 sub-schedules when necessary,
• Preparing the monthly consolidated and look-ahead budgets,
• Preparing cash flow diagrams and monitoring the actual situation of S-curves.
