Reporting to Project Control Manager.
Actively participate on the Project Management Teams and take a lead role in the following:
Applications of PRIMAVERA for planning and monitoring of the project by preparing bar charts.
Planning and managing project schedules and budgets.
Monitoring all sub-contractors (Painting & support fabrication) performance and actual progress against the project schedule.
Regularly updating the project schedule and providing 3-8 weeks schedule forecasts.
Actively participate in site meetings and provide proactive ongoing support to the site management teams.
Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports, with curves, manpower histograms, and other tools.
Preparation of reports for monitoring efficiency of workers(crew wise)
Monitoring of piping works by tracking material handling, drawing issue, fabrication, painting, erection, testing ( Both Hydro testing and Pneumatic testing) and pre-commissioning activities according to project schedules.
Progress monitoring and recording for Monthly invoice preparation.
Preparation of Bills of Quantities and Bills of Materials Piping / Mechanical / Structure from drawings.
Directly dealing with client for the Planning, Invoice and technical matters.
