Critical Path - Help Needed

Good Morning, 

I'm having issues establishing the Critical Path on my programme. I have a summary section at the top of my programme with Key Dates i.e. contract award, mobilisation, construction period, handover etc. 

The Critical Path seems to bypass my entire programme and only link these activities as critical. The only 'Critical' items on the main programme is the start milestone and completion milestone. 

Any help to get round this woul be appreciated.

Hello Dominic,

I suspect that the Project Completion milestone has a hard constraint date as Start On, Finish On later than the scheduled finish date of the last-in-sequence activity of the project.

Have a try by removing this constraint date and give your milestone the project last activity as a predecessor
